The plan involves Real Estate taxes (Basic and Complementary), Automotive, Sports Vessels, Gross Income and Stamps.
It covers those debts with the Buenos Aires treasury that are due as of December 31, 2021 and includes all payment plans that are expired as of that date.
It includes debts both in the pre-judicial stage, which have payment options of up to 60 installments, or those that are in the judicial stage or in the audit process, with a maximum of 48 installments.
In all cases, an advance payment of 5% will be required.
Regarding the precautionary measures faced by those who are in the judicial stage, the resolution establishes that in order to achieve the lifting, they must regularize the entire debt and have paid an amount equivalent to 10% of the plan.
From Arba it was highlighted that The initiative seeks to expand the existing facilities to date, since previously it only included the possibility of regularizing debts accrued as of August 31 of the previous year.
In this sense, Girard stressed that this policy represents an important benefit “that will particularly favor SMEs and low and middle income taxpayerssince in the previous programs to achieve the lifting of the precautionary measures it was necessary to have paid 30% of the total plan”.
In this context, he also insisted that this proposal “provides relief to those facing precautionary measures,” and assured that the intention behind this decision “is that taxpayers who owe taxes have the possibility of regularizing their situation with more facilities. of payment”.
To learn more about the program, make inquiries or process their membership through the web, taxpayers should go to arba.gob.ar.
Those who prefer face-to-face management will have the option of going to any of the Agency’s service centers.
