Social Security Council begins public consultation on ARS

SANTO DOMINGO.– The National Council of Social Security (CNSS) will initiate a Public Consultation process to receive the observations of the proposal for the integral modification of the Regulation for the Organization and Regulation of Health Risk Administrators (ARS).

The purpose of this proposed amendment is to strengthen the organization, regulation and operation of the Health Risk Administrators (ARS) authorized and enabled for such purposes in the Dominican Social Security System (SDSS), whatever their nature. legal entity and its geographical area of ​​operation within the national territory.

Any person interested in the subject can send their opinions, observations or suggestions of the regulation that can be found on the entity’s website www.cnss.gob.do. The deadline for submitting your observations or suggestions is 30 business days, counted from the publication of the notice in the newspaper and must be submitted in writing, in person or by email.

They will be received via email [email protected] and [email protected] and in person at the Office of Access to Public Information (OAI) of the CNSS, first floor Social Security Tower located at Avenida Tiradentes No. 33, Ensanche Naco.

The National Social Security Council (CNSS) carries out this public consultation in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 200-04 General on Free Access to Public Information, in its Arts. 23 and following, its Application Regulations; the CNSS Internal Regulations and CNSS Resolution No. 537-05, dated March 24, 2022.

The Permanent Commission of Regulations of the CNSS made up of the government, employer, labor, people with disabilities, professionals and technicians will be in charge of receiving and reviewing the observations and/or comments submitted by the interested parties, to later be submitted to the Council.
