The Mexican Unifin agrees financing with Credit Suisse for 500 million dollars

Unifin Financiera is a Mexican company that provides financial services to companies through leasing, billing, insurance, fleet and auto credit; It has been one of the companies affected in the Mexican Stock Exchange, in February of this year its bonds sank 34%, falling to 56 cents per dollar, according to an estimate by Bloomberg.

Additionally, as previously announced in the Company’s quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022, Unifin successfully concluded an agreement with the holders of the US$200 million international bond due in August 2022 to extend its maturity to May 2024.

“Unifin once again recognizes the support of the institutional investors who participated in these transactions which reaffirm Unifin’s strength and leadership position in a challenging environment due to reduced investor confidence in Mexican non-bank financial institutions,” Unifin said.
