The measure was called by the four agricultural groups of the Link Table: the Agrarian Federation (FAA), Rural Confederations (CRA), the Rural Society (SRA) and Coninagro, so it will be a federal day with marches throughout the country.
“We want you to accompany us with a commercial cessation for that day and to be able to empathize with all Argentines. We know of the complications that each of the Argentines are going through. We want to contribute to preserving democracy and for the political class to give the response that the Argentine people need”, indicated the Link Table.
Although the announcement had been made since last week, the call was ratified after the departure of Economy Minister Martín Guzmán, on which Pino pointed out that the Government generates great uncertainty with its actions.
“We have surprises all the time. That shows the great political problem that Argentina is having, also generated in part by the comings and goings of this government front that is leading the country today.”
The president of the SRA also added “one does not know what is going to happen tomorrow, it is ugly to live with that” and maintained that this is “a complicated moment” for the country in general.
In addition, Pino affirmed that the measures taken by the Government harm the countryside especially, “it gives the feeling that with the measures that are taken they want to complicate the lives of producers.”
