In the case of the named private employees in a dependency relationship, the sum of the extra to receive will be a maximum of 24 thousand pesos and for the holders of the Potenciar Trabajo they will be granted half a Complementary Social Salary.
The bond In the case of the former, it consists of a one-time non-remunerative allowance, not to be confused with a fixed sum, which was the initiative proposed by Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and ended up being rejected. If more than 161,859 pesos are collected, the extra paid by the companies by order of the Government will be the amount necessary for the employee to reach three minimum wages (185,859 pesos).
The DNU dictates that “a one-time non-remunerative allowance is established for workers in a relationship of dependency in the private sector governed by Laws Nos. 20,744 (to1976) and its amendments, 22,250, 26,727 and its amendments, and 26,844, which will amount to up to $24,000, which will be paid by employers in December 2022.
In the case of the beneficiaries the plan Promote Work, will be granted by the National State, an extra 13,500 pesos, which is close to half of what these holders earn in the four hours of work required by the program to which they are enrolled.
Which workers will not receive the bonus
The extra will only be for employees in a dependency relationship because it will be paid by private employer companies, so it is ruled out receiving the bonus if you are a state worker, monotributista or self-employed.
“This bond does not include self-employment. Informality is not included either, it is for workers who are registered in a dependency relationship ”, they explained from the National Government.
