The Deputy Chief of Staff, Jorge Neme, received this Tuesday at the Casa Rosada the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, Jang Myung-sooto advance in an agenda of “greater commercial integration” and review the investment opportunities that companies from the Asian country have in key areas such as mining and renewable energies.

Neme stressed that they agreed on the need to deepen bilateral relations and technological cooperation.

Likewise, the Deputy Chief of Staff and the Korean diplomat reviewed the business opportunities offered by Argentina and the Republic of Korea to increase trade between the two nations.

“We discussed the investment potential of companies from the Republic of Korea in key and strategic areas in which Argentina has been growing significantly, such as renewable energies, metal mining, lithium and the development of food production”Neme specified, it was reported in a statement.

The official stated that the objective of both nations is to achieve “greater commercial integration” and “put the economic relationship on a par with the strategic association that unites both countries.”
