The Cuéllars shined on the second date of the National Karting Championship

Germán Cuéllar and his son Mateo celebrated the victories as a family that they achieved in their respective categories on the second date of the National Karting Championship. The competition took place over the weekend at the Villa Deportiva Abraham Telchi circuit in Santa Cruz, where the locals won five of the seven categories in dispute.

Germán won the Master 125 category, while Mateo won the Junior Vórtex. “It is a dream come true that we both have won our respective categories, I think it is the first time that father and son have won on a national date,” said Germán Cuéllar, notoriously excited.

On the first date that ran in Potosí, Germán did not compete, he only did Mateo who is 11 years old, who finished in third place of their category, but on the second date the figure was very different, both dominated the race.

The other three victories of drivers from Santa Cruz They met Rodrigo Gutiérrez junior (Professional 125), Julio Carrillo (Baby Kart) and Lucas Careaga (Children 6.5).

The remaining two categories were won by Cristofer Budia from Tarija (F200 Standard) and Daniel Torres from Cochabamba (F200 Super).

The competition featured the participation of 59 pilots and it was developed in a revamped runway, in which around 350,000 Bolivians were invested for the recapping.

The third date of the national of this sports discipline will be held between June 17 and 19, in the city of Tarija.
