The information was disseminated by the National Journalism Award Foundation published on the Twitter account @sbolivarpremio where they call on social communicators to present “the best informative, interpretive and investigative pieces“.
The awards will be delivered on the National Day of the Venezuelan Journalist that is celebrated every June 27th and will consist of a statuette, diploma and cash prize.
One of the bases to qualify for the award refers to the fact that Venezuelan and foreign communicators residing in the country may apply for their works to participate in the award which will be awarded to the best informative, opinion, interpretative and research works in the Print, Television, Radio, Digital, Community and Alternative, Graphic Image, Opinion, Teaching and Research categories.
In this edition, the Cultural Journalism category was included and, in addition, the categories in the digital field for podcasts and social networks will be awarded Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Tik-Tok.
The papers submitted must have been published between the May 31, 2022 and May 31, 2023and be sent with a brief statement of reasons, curricular summary and copy of the participant’s identity card to the email [email protected].
