The fifth oral administrative municipal court of the judicial circuit of Bogotá decreed the provisional suspension of the Land Management Plan (POT), adopted by decree by the Mayor Claudia Lopez.
The judge accepted the lawsuit filed by Miguel Uribe Turbaywhich indicated that the Council of Bogotá would have exceeded 90 days he had to rule on the POT.

The document decrees “the provisional suspension of the effects of District Decree 555 of 2021 by which the general review of the Territorial Planning Plan of Bogotá is adopted, pronounced by the mayor of Bogotá, based on the above considerations, That does not imply a prejudgment”.
About, Uribe Turbay spoke through his Twitter accountwhere he assured that the issuance of the POT “was arbitrary”, since it was “illegal and inconvenient”.
