The departments that register less coverage are GuaviareAmazonas, Sucre, Casanareamong others.

“This implies that the budget of the School Food System is expanded, requiring a greater transfer to territorial activities, in addition to guaranteeing food quality.”

In terms of coverage in the education average, the organization states that although it has increased, the gross coverage rate it remains 10 points below 100% and the net rate does not exceed 50%.

Also, state that educational institutions and Etdh programs with quality certification, is low, that is, 7.16% of 4,176 institutions have said certification.

For the development of the teaching professionEntrepreneurs for Education believes that it is necessary to include the strengthening of initial training for teachers, taking into account that “in 2021 the results Know Pro of undergraduate students were lower than those of the other programs”.

On access issues, In addition to the infrastructure where the report highlights that 69% of the official educational centers do not have access to the Internet, 23% do not have ICT assets and 15% do not have electricity, it is ensured that a territorial approach is necessary to increase access to higher education.
