Prodecon estimates that by the end of 2022, the Public Treasury will collect an amount of approximately 30 billion pesos, consolidating this procedure as a true alternative for dispute resolution with the federal tax authorities.
“The Conclusive Agreement Procedure has been a favorable tool, in which, through mutual trust between taxpayers and the reviewing authorities, it is possible to make transparent the disputes raised as a result of the audit, allowing consensus to be reached, without the matters being prosecuted. , thus avoiding the costs that this represents for both parties and the time that the trials can last”, detailed Prodecon in a statement.
It is important to highlight that the alternative means of dispute resolution is 70% effective, that is, that of every three procedures that are requested before Prodecon, in two of them a consensus is reached between the audited taxpayer and the tax authorities.
