The controversy over the shortage of medicines continues. Additionally, Ulahy said that in this statement the “precise instructions, with a mandatory natureto the Health Promotion Entities (EPS), to guarantee the timely flow of resources to public and private service providers“.

“Those who do not comply with this obligation, will be subject to the corresponding sanctions that the regulations establish”added the superintendent.
To which must be added that on March 21, the attorney ordered to open a preliminary investigation against officials to be determined from the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, and the Institute for Food and Drug Surveillance, Invimadue to the alleged omission of measures against the possible shortage of some medicines in the country.
