Sunday closes with 29 new positive cases of Covid-19 in Santa Cruz

This Sunday confirmed 29 new positive cases of coronavirus in the department of Santa Cruz, according to the epidemiological report of the Departmental Health Service (Headquarters) of the Government. Also, 111 people recovered from the disease.

The report indicates that the laboratories processed 734 tests and the positive cases are distributed as follows: 28 in the city of Santa Cruz and 1 in La Guardia, making the positivity rate 4%.

Until this Sunday 23 patients are hospitalized in the different intensive care rooms (ICU)of them 16 are connected to a mechanical respirator.

In relation to the vaccination campaign, this Sunday they placed 2,060 doses against Covid-19 in the 11 immunization points that were enabled for the day.
