“As part of the #ConPunchePerú Plan recently announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) to revive the economy, the Sunat approved an exceptional procedure so that taxpayers who have balances in their withdrawal accounts can request the release of these funds and be able to use said resources in their commercial activities,” the entity specified in a statement.

The measure will apply to taxpayers whose monthly returns from November 2021 to October 2022 have included income of up to 1,700 UIT, which is equivalent to S/7’800,000.
Companies may submit their application only once between January 9 and 13 this year through the SUNAT Online Operations platform. This order also includes the accumulated balance in the account until January 4, 2023.
