Sunat: companies with income of up to S/7.8 million may request release of deductions

SUNAT 2022: See when your annual Income Tax return is due

A new measure to support the reactivation of various companies was approved by the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) within the framework of the actions of the plan which was previously announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

These are resources available to companies that have balances in their detraction accounts, as reported by the Sunat.

BENEFITED BUSINESSES

The measure will apply to taxpayers whose monthly returns from November 2021 to October 2022 have included income of up to 1,700 UIT, which is equivalent to S/7’800,000.

Companies may submit their application only once between January 9 and 13 this year through the SUNAT Online Operations platform. This order also includes the accumulated balance in the account until January 4, 2023.

“As is known, through the withdrawal system, funds are generated for the payment of taxes collected by SUNAT, through deposits that must be made in the accounts that they have enabled in the Banco de la Nación,” he reported. the Sunat.
