Sunat announces call to appoint new administrator of the Sport Boys club

The National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) announced that it will hold an open call to appoint a new manager of the Club Sport Boys Association.

The entity reported this measure through a statement issued after the resignation of Yuly Yanny Herrera Llamocca as provisional administrator of the club.

“This process is supported by Law No. 31279, which regulates the bankruptcy procedure to support football sports activity in Peru, in force since mid-2021 and which empowers Sunat to select a provisional administrator immersed in said law”he pointed.

On the other hand, he explained that the call open to all those interested in assuming the provisional administration of the Club Sport Boys Association, will be published tomorrow, Thursday, July 14, 2022, on the institutional portal of Sunat and its official social networks. .

In addition, Yuly Herrera will remain in office as provisional administrator until the appointment of the new administrator.
