Summer: Art workshops at Casa Fernandini and the Museo Presbítero Matías Maestro

An imposing house from the early 1900s and a museum with decorated crypts, architectural structures, and sculptures by great artists, some of the most beautiful in South America, will be available for people interested in learning artistic drawing, traditional watercolors, photography, papercraft, manga, and Fashion illustration.

The classes are focused on awakening the creativity of the students through various techniques, on promoting the development of the capacity for self-reflection, connection with the environment and artistic appreciation.

The workshops will be led by professionals from “ARTCO” School of Contemporary Art and Design, an organizing institution that has the support of Casa Fernandini, the Lima Charity and the Museo Presbítero Maestro.

Profits

Experienced artists will make their knowledge available to the participants to help them improve their artistic and visual skills, taking architectural and heritage spaces as a setting. Those registered will have access to a guided tour and a welcome kit. Part of the proceeds will go to benefit the social programs of the Charity of Lima and the restoration of Casa Fernandini.

With six years of experience in the artistic and educational field, ARTCO School of Contemporary Art and Design disseminates traditional and contemporary art through courses, workshops, conferences, training, and specializations in art and design.
