A 15 year old teenager who visited her cousins in the Tejada Triangular area, in the department of La Pazwas a victim of rape by his uncle, subject who arrived drunk at his home and forcibly removed his three stepdaughters from the room and he locked up his victim to commit the humiliation.
The cousins of the teenagers went out to ask the neighbors for help, who reported the fact to the Police and the attacker was apprehended and made available to the Public Ministry. In a precautionary hearing, the Justice determined to issue three months preventive detention in jail.
The 31-year-old man, identified as Irvin HA, committed the abuse on July 22, when he arrived at 8:30 p.m. at his home where his partner’s daughters were, in addition to his niece.
The Minister of Government, Eduardo del Castillo, indicated that the aggressor of Peruvian nationality, forcibly evicted his stepdaughters minors, he locked up the teenager and physically and sexually assaulted her.
The subject proposed as an excuse to his stepdaughters that they go buy dinnera, but when they refused, they were removed from the room by force, that’s when the man locked up his niece.
The attacker is a merchant and it was verified in his background that in 2021 he was reported for the crime of aggravated robbery.
