The Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations of Congress (SAC) rescheduled the hearing in which the constitutional complaint against Popular Action legislators should be seen: Jorge Luis Flores Ancachi, Raúl Doroteo Carbajo, Darwin Espinoza Vargas, Ilich López, Juan Carlos Mori and Elvis Vergara Mendoza, accused of being members of the group ‘The children’who supported the coup plotter Pedro Castillo during his tenure in exchange for works and contracts from the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
By a large majority, the working group, chaired by Lady Camones, set Monday the 30th as the new date, starting at 8 in the morning.
As anticipated by the legislator, three sessions of the commission will be allocated to review the complaint due to the number of complainants and witnesses.
For the first date, he reported, the support of the complaint for the alleged commission of the crimes of aggravated collusion, improper passive bribery, criminal organization and influence peddling is planned, and the discharges of four of the six legislators who have already been opportunely notified.

The decision to postpone the session was due to the requests that parliamentarians Doroteo, Vergara, Espinoza and Flores Ancachi presented indistinctly for that purpose. In the case of the latter, for example, for taking time to prepare his defense, after having been left without a lawyer, and having been the victim of acts of vandalism at his home in Puno.
Doroteo, Espinoza and Vergara, for their part, did the same for scheduling reasons and because they are outside of Lima.
