The Attorney General’s Office announced the formulation of charges for undue interest in the conclusion of contracts in Hidroituango against nine people, including former Governor Alfredo Ramos, former Idea manager Álvaro Vásquez, former Medellín Mayor Alonso Salazar and former EPM manager Federico Restrepo.
