The mayor of Caracas, A/J Carmen Meléndez, announced the launch of the National Training Plan “Together and Together for the Education of the Future 2022-2023”, from the National Educational Unit “Argelia Laya”, in Caricuao, Capital District.
This activity was carried out in parallel with the Conference on Progress of the Bricomiles and Balance of the 1×10 System of Good Government, which was led by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, from Santa Teresa, Miranda state.

Meléndez pointed out that the school was delivered to 100% of its refurbished and conditioned areas for the start of the new 2022-2023 school period.
“This is an example of the work of the Bricomiles, of the civic-military union for the 1×10 of the Good Government,” he said.
The institution’s Information Technology and Communications Center has 22 state-of-the-art computers for students, workers and teachers to learn and investigate.
The mayor took advantage of the occasion to announce that the National Education Plan for Education Workers will soon be carried out in all educational institutions in the country.
Meléndez pointed out that “in this educational unit, the field, the kitchen, all the classrooms recovered, the Bricomiles really did an excellent job, with love and responsibility.”
In Caracas, 1,342 completely rehabilitated schools have been recovered between the military and the civilian population, working cohesively, pointed out the mayor of Caracas.
Finally, Meléndez concluded that “we will not rest and following your instructions, we will not stop until we have recovered the last school, before the school year begins, Mr. President.”
