In the midst of the dispute between Kirchnerism and the president Alberto FernandezSpeculation grows about the possible changes in the government cabinet.
This, given that some officials would be on the tightrope, due to the current economic conditions in the country, for which it is speculated that the head of state I would make decisions about it. But Alberto Fernandez has not confirmed it.
In addition, the dispute also centers on the supposed loyalty that the ministers owe, either to Alberto Fernandez or Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, since their relationship has been tense in recent months.
Among those eligible to be replaced in the cabinet would be the Minister of Economy, Martín Guzmán and the Minister of the Interior, Wado de Pedro. However, from the Casa Rosada they assure that “none of that is being considered”.
Even the Economy Minister in an interview for C5N ruled out any possibility of leaving the cabinet, because “there is work with the president that is giving results.”
Despite this, the economist stressed that the Government’s projections include working on a plan “with people who are aligned with the economic program that has been defined.”
What does Alberto Fernández say about the changes in his cabinet
As political uncertainty grows, the head of state preempted the speculation and replied, “more than in the cabinet, I’m thinking about changing diapers“.
The answer was given after Francisco was born, his first son with the first lady, and after receiving congratulations from Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, with whom he has had strong differences.
“I am very grateful to @CFKArgentina for the flowers he sent us and the post he made for the arrival of Francisco. We do not have to allow our differences to give way to the right, very sure that we are going to talk to Cristina.”
Precisely these differences are what have called into question the changes in the cabinet, so now it only remains to wait for the Government to confirm if there will finally be any.
