Anyone who does not meet these criteria can register at Basic Health Units (UBSs) to receive remaining doses. To join the xepa queue, those responsible must look for the unit closest to home or school, providing, in addition to identification, the address and telephone number for summoning.

On the 15th, the Ministry of Health decided to recommend the application of the vaccine CoronaVac for children aged 3 to 5 years. In a note, the folder informed that existing stocks in states and municipalities should also be used in this new public. However, the ministry reported that it “continues in negotiations for the acquisition of new doses”.

At the time of vaccination, those responsible must present the child’s identification document, preferably the CPF. Regarding the health condition, in cases where it meets the criteria established as a priority, it is necessary to present proof of the risk condition, such as recipes or physical or digital reports. These documents must include the patient’s identification, the registration of the Regional Council of Medicine (CRM) with the doctor’s stamp and the validity of two years of issuance.

Among children aged 5 to 11 years, vaccination coverage of the first dose against covid-19 is 93.8%, totaling just over 1 million doses applied. The second dose, in turn, was applied to 72.9% of the target audience, around 790,000 children. Among adolescents aged 12 to 17 years, vaccination coverage for two doses is 105.9%.
