Some 1,500 families receive seed capital for productive enterprises

Through the Tenonderã program promoted by the Ministry of Social Development, some 1,500 families benefited from the second transfer of resources as “seed capital”.

The Ministry of Social Development (MDS) announced the economic disbursement of about G. 4,500 million to benefit 1,500 participants of the Tenonderã program.

This support program for socio-economic promotion and inclusion makes these deliveries of financial resources in 16 departments of the national territory, through the National Development Bank (BNF), which are: Alto Paraná, Amambay, Boquerón, Caaguazú, Caazapá, Canindeyú, Central, Concepción, Cordillera, Guairá, Itapúa, Misiones, Ñeembucú, Paraguarí, Pdte. Hayes and Saint Peter.

It should be noted that transfers for seed capital also allow reactivating the district economy, mobilizing trade and increasing the chain of payments to suppliers and people linked to the productive initiatives of the program.

The capital received by each participant is used for investment in productive enterprises. The items selected by them are linked to agricultural, beekeeping, poultry, bovine, ovine, fish, porcine and forestry production, as well as trade and services through warehouses.

Both the business profiles designed from the beginning by the entrepreneurs themselves and small businesses that wish to be reactivated have the support of Business Managers assigned by the program.

Through the economic and technical support of the program, the MDS promotes the productive initiatives of vulnerable families of the Tekoporã program, in order to provide economic autonomy and strengthen entrepreneurial initiatives throughout the country.
