Six members of criminal groups were killed during three operations carried out by security agencies. In the San Benito sector, San Francisco municipality, Zulia state, members of the Urban Security Detachment of the Bolivarian National Guard confronted members of the criminal group El Pipo and El Melón.
During that scuffle, three members of the aforementioned organization identified as Yeiber José Querales Alonso (El Yeiber) and two known by the aliases of El Eber and El Niño were killed. These two possessed a Beretta Taos pistol, 380 caliber and two shotguns.

The confrontation where El Yiyi was killed occurred on El Tigre street (Anzoátegui), according to reports.
