Hilda Geldresan artist who composed a song for the then presidential candidate peter castle in the second round of the 2021 general elections, she was appointed head of social management of the Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem).

Geldres Sánchez, a sociologist by training from the San Agustín National University in Arequipa and with a master’s degree in security and the environment, has worked in various public institutions.
According to her Facebook account, she has also worked as a community relations officer at the Las Bambas mining company and was the community relations coordinator for the Majes Siguas II project. She is also a well-known singer in Arequipa.

Geldres ran for Congress in the extraordinary elections of 2020 with the Contigo party (former Peruanos por el Kambio) and was a member of Alianza para el Progreso between 2014 and 2016, according to the Registry of Political Organizations (ROP).
