The alleged perpetrators of the kidnapping and torture of a young Brazilian veterinarian in Capitán Bado, were arrested yesterday in the city of Belén, department of Concepción. One of them is required in Brazil for drug trafficking.
The Crio. Nimio Cardozo, head of the Anti-kidnapping Department of the National Police, confirmed the capture of the accused as perpetrators of the kidnapping of César Luis Benítez Insfrán (28), perpetrated in Captain Bado, Amambay.
The identities are Luan Queira Arante (Brazilian), Ingrid Rojas Robles (19), Gilberto Gil Giménez (52) and a minor of 17. All were transferred to the Amambay base of operations.
