Neighbors of the woman who yesterday would have hanged his ten year old daughter and tried to kill another of seven, in the Villa Francisca sector of the National District, they are alarmed and do not understand how that mother had custody of those girls, despite suffer from mental disorders.
According to neighbors, the mental condition of Diana Sencion Ramirez33, also fell into depression, often requiring medication.
The community members say the woman intended to hang the two girls, but the seven-year-old managed to escape and notify her grandmother, who lives nearby.

The 33-year-old woman was immediately arrested by members of the National Police, who brought her to justice, via the Public ministry.
The National Police has not offered an official report of the event, it only maintains that they are investigating and awaiting the report of the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (Inacif).
The event occurred in the early hours of the morning, on Barahona street in the aforementioned sector, where agents from the National Police Investigations Directorate and Inacif doctors attended, who removed the body.
The fact has caused great commotion among the residents of the community, who cannot explain why the girls live with their mother, if she suffers from mental disorders.
Versions indicate that Asunción has another 7-year-old girlwho was the one who called her grandparents, noticing that her sister was lifeless. The little girl was also attacked by her mother.
