President Claudia Sheinbaum will ask Congress to carry out an extraordinary session for two central objectives: enrich the initiatives that she sent in the disappearance of people with the proposals of relatives of relatives of people in that condition and to conclude the reforms to the secondary laws that will govern the Judiciary, so that the full legal framework is already when the new composition assumes in September.
On the other hand, given the versions that the Executive Secretary of Administration of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, María Fernanda Casanueva – Cercana to Minister President Norma Piña and, at the time, people of former Secretary of Security Genaro García Luna -, make financial management away from the recommendations of the Administration Committee of the Federal Judiciary Council, Sheinbaum considered that an audit should be made to her.

On the other hand, about the position of the United Nations Committee on Migratory Workers, Sheinbaum rejected that this instance has issued recommendations to Mexico, but asked some questions on the subject such as policy in the case of unaccompanied minor migrants. The president even indicated that she issued recognition of Mexican immigration policy.
