In interview with The Star of Iquique, Vigueras indicated that “with this I will be able to do it without questioning the conflict of interest that the right has demanded so much.”

He also indicated that from his party (Liberal) they asked him for greater participation in the campaign. “Fundamental step to carry out the profound reforms that this government has proposed, especially with regard to ensuring that every inhabitant of this country has their basic rights guaranteed and not only in the letter of the law,” he added.
