San Francisco de Macoris, DR.- Amid a collective demonstration of grief, the remains of Mr. Luis Fermin Romero, father of the senator of the province Duarte, Franklin Romero.
Mr. Luis Fermin Romero passed away last day 02 present in New York City, and yesterday Thursday his remains were transferred to this city and laid to rest at the San Francisco Funeral Home, where senators and deputies from the different provinces of the country, as well as political leaders from different political organizations, paraded by.
The funeral home where Mr. Luis Fermín Romero was laid to rest was packed with people who came to express their condolences to Senator Franklin Romero and other family members.
A funeral mass was held on Friday afternoon, presided over by priests Ángel Enríquez and the Reverend Isaac García de la Cruz.
