Jesus had many admirers: some admired his words; others, the miracles of him; others, his freedom from the law and the authorities; others, his compassion for those who suffer and others, his determination to embrace the cross. Without a doubt, admiring him is already a great thing and I think we should all feel this admiration for him, but this alone is not enough. It is necessary to be convinced by him and decide to follow him. What gives meaning to our lives is not being admirers of Jesus –because I can admire him with my arms crossed– but to seek to do the same thing he did, that is, to live his proposal. Decide today to truly follow him. Peace and good.
