Exports originating in the province of Santa Fe reached in 2022 the record number of $20 billionaccording to a report released this Tuesday by the government of Omar Perotti.
The Secretary of Foreign Trade, German Burcherstated that “It is a pride to reach this historical figure”who attributed the record to the fact that “the decisions we have made in the last three years are giving their results”.
The report indicates that the export potential historically characterized the province and “currently represents between 22% and 24% of Argentine exports“.
This figure places Santa Fe as the second most exporting province at the national level, which has its main destinations in India, the Netherlands, Brazil, Vietnam, China, Chile, Spain, Malaysia and Peru.

In the territory of Santa Fe are located 730 exporting companiesdistributed in 98 cities.
In addition, the Santa Fe Exportable Offer, which is the digital platform that brings together companies that produce quality goods and services to enter global markets, exceeded 2,000 registered firms this year.
The work indicates that among the reasons that explain this phenomenon is the support that exporting companies receive from the Government through the Santa Fe Global Agency.
Among the outstanding actions, it indicates the accompaniment of 331 companies in trade promotion actions abroad, belonging to 19 productive sectors that participated in face-to-face activities in 19 countries, in addition to the support provided to 707 companies in events held virtually.
The province received in its territory counterparts from 12 countries in reverse business rounds, with which the State of Santa Fe invested more than $60 million between fairs, missions and business rounds.
