Salgado, Ávila and Grijalva will leave the Constitutional Court

ANDThis February 7, the draw was held to define the constitutional judges who will leave the Court as part of its partial renewal.

This Monday, February 7, 2022, the lottery to determine the judges of the Constitutional court (CC) that will leave the organism to allow the partial renovation of its members, as determined by law.

And the draw determined that the magistrates Hernán Salgado Pesantes, Ramiro Ávila Santamaría and Agustín Grijalva be those who deviate from the highest constitutional body.

Those cited will be replaced at the plenary session of the cut for Richard Omar Ortiz, Joel Marlin Escudero and Ximena Alejandra Cardenaswho won the contest held to apply the partial renovation.
