The former head of advisors to the Ministry of Housing, Salatiel Marrufoaffirmed that part of the S/ 4 million he received from the businesswoman Sada Goray were for President Pedro Castillo, former Minister Geiner Alvarado and himself.
In his statement before the Public Ministry on November 15, the now effective collaborator gave his testimony that he compromised the president in the alleged receipt of money, reported Canal N.
He explained that with the money he received from Goray he paid a businessman -on October 21, 2021- a total of 70 thousand soles that Alvarado López owed him. The delivery was made in the city of Lima.

Likewise, he explained that he participated in the delivery of 2.5% of the amount of money transferred in Supreme Decree 255-2021-EF of September 24, 2021, which amounted to an average of 9 million 400 thousand solesby Goray Chong.
Said amount would be transferred to the ‘New Housing Acquisition’ sector of the Mi Vivienda Fund, where she – through her company Marka Group– could finance their social housing projects, as well as the approval of the trust in the agreement Marka Group – My Home Fund and any other need you may have in the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation.
According to the former official, the delivery was made in cash, in parts and in different places for a total of S/5.5 million. He was also given a house in the San Isidro district, in front of the El Golf club, valued at S/3.8 million, which he took possession of and remodeled.
“I want to specify that I always indicated to Mrs. Sada Goray Chong that the money would be for me, for the Minister of Housing Geiner Alvarado López and the president Pedro Castillo Terrones. I will specify the delivery dates in my following statements”Marrufo pointed out.
