With a minimum salary the value per hour is $4,166. For any worker in Colombia, the night surcharge is 35%.

This means that with a night surcharge the worker of the Minimum wage is earned an additional $1,458 per hour, having an hourly value of $5,625.

It is a minimum of social justice”, defended the Minister of Labor, Gloria Inés Ramírez, against this initiative.

To calculate the final value of any salary then it will depend on the number of night hours that are done. However, it is clear that for every hour after 6:00 in the afternoon they would earn an additional $1,458 per hour at minimum wage.
