Russia said Monday it had “neutralized” two Ukrainian drones in Moscowand indicated that he thwarted a “terrorist act” by Ukraine in the Russian capital.

“Today around 4:00 am (0100 GMT) drone strikes were reported on two non-residential buildings. There is no serious destruction or casualties. All services are working on the spot,” Sobyanin said on Telegram.

A second drone struck a “business center” near central Moscow in the early hours of Monday, Russian state news agency TASS reported. “Another drone hit a skyscraper and business center on Likhacheva Street in Moscow, emergency services reported to us,” TASS reported.

“Drone fragments” were found in Komsomolsky Prospekt, in Moscow in the early hours of Monday on a main road near the Russian Defense Ministry, the state news agency TASS reported.
