Ruiz Diaz: «The credibility of the Electoral Tribunal is not the same and people are beginning to doubt»

Lawyer Roberto Ruíz Díaz pointed out that the Electoral Tribunal has lost credibility and instead of being a judge it has begun to be part of one of the teams that is at stake.

According to Ruiz Díaz, the rules establish that the rulings of the Supreme Court of Justice are not retroactive, but there are occasions when the Court has given rulings a backward effect. “There are gaps in the norm that the Court must fill.”

He also referred to the construction of the bridge on private land and said that the judge and lawyer told him that there was no process regarding the bridge issue. We proposed buying the land and donating it to the community.
