On Friday night, the municipality of Rosario held a multimedia tribute show of lights and sounds, which included the projection on the National Monument to the Flag of the soccer players from Rosario, world champions in Qatar 2022, Lionel Messi and Angel Di María.
The projection of the mapping was made on the front face of the tower, the prow facing the river, although the entire Civic Patio of the National Flag Monument was also illuminated, which brought together hundreds of Rosario.
The light show also featured puns and phrases related to the Qatar 2022 World Cup and the “Scaloneta”, as the albiceleste team that won the third Soccer World Cup in Qatar was popularly called.
Two giant inflatable dolls of Lionel Messi were also placed as part of the show called “El Monumento se la 10”, which lasted from 9:00 p.m. to midnight.
During the multimedia show, videos of the players from Rosario were also played with emotional messages addressed to the city where they were born.
The content and design of the images were produced by teams from the Rosario municipality, and the event had the objective of celebrating the championship from the new world capital of soccer.
