azua.- The businessman and film producer, Robert Angel Salcedocalled on the population to support the actions carried out by President Abinader, in favor of the most dispossessed.
When holding a meeting with community members from the province of Azua, Salcedo asked those present to work hand in hand with the authorities to bring social welfare to the most dispossessed class.
“Because the President works day and night so that the poorest in this province, like the rest of the country, have well-being and do not continue to be excluded from the government’s social plans as was the case before,” said Salcedo, addressing hundreds of mothers and youth of Azua.
He highlighted the increase in the number of families that now have social aid “and it is that when Abinader arrived, only 800,000 families had a food card. Now one million 600 thousand are the beneficiaries; and of 825 pesos that they received, currently that amount was raised to 1,650, added to the gas bonus and other aid.
Despite the moments of difficulty that the country and the world are experiencing, due to the economic crisis dragged by the pandemic, and now Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Roberto Ángel Salcedo called for us to remain united as one body to continue treading the path of success until achieving the works that the government raises in the entire South region and the rest of the country.
