After a weekend without games of the Simón Bolívar Cup being played in the Santa Cruz region, andThe tournament will resume on Sunday with the dispute of the third date that had been suspended by the Competitions Committee of the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF).

This same committee made known in the last hours the programming of matches for this weekend and there it confirms thate River 66 will be local against 24 de Septiembre, at the Plurinational stadium in San Julián, Sunday from 15:00.

Hours before, at 10:00, Universidad will face Ciudad Nueva Santa Cruz Academia FC, in the stadium of the Gabriel René Moreno Autonomous University.

Let’s remember that the weekend that passed the third date was not played due to the fact that the clubs 24 de Septiembre, Universidad and Ciudad Nueva Santa Cruz Academia FC, showed their refusal to go to play in San Julián. The Cruceña Football Association (ACF) scheduled the matches in Santa Cruz and the FBF intervened there.

The three clubs argued that the San Julián stadium was approved by the FBF after the fixture was already prepared by the ACF.

After two dates disputed in the series of the Santa Cruz teams, the position table is led by 24 de Septiembre with 4 pointsThen there are Torre Fuerte (3), River 66 (3), University (1) and Ciudad Nueva Santa Cruz Academia FC (0); the latter and River 66 have only one game played.
