More evidence comes to light against the former congressman who was denounced by a worker from his legislative office for the crime of rape, the same that would have been committed in a Parliament office located in Jirón Azángaro, in Cercado de Lima.

A few hours ago, Panorama He revealed a video where the still legislator can be seen leaving his office the same night that his subordinate accuses him of having raped her.

In the recording, another worker from the He asks her why she left her partner locked up in the indicated office. “Congressman, I want to talk to you, why have you locked up my partner??”, he says, while he is accompanied by police personnel who observed Díaz leaving. “He has locked up and left a person inside.” the worker added.

These images would call into question the version of Díaz, who denied the charges before the National Prosecutor’s Office, after being as if he had not been there for four days, since July 27 when the complaint was known.

Despite this, the parliamentarian would continue to exercise legislative functions. The director of the National Aurora Program of the , Ángela Acevedo, asked the Public Ministry to consider asking the Judiciary for preliminary arrest against the accused of sexual violation. Likewise, the Ombudsman, Eliana Revollar, requested that rapid measures be taken against the congressman.

For his part, tomorrow from 10:00 am, the Judicial Power, through the Supreme Court of Preparatory Investigation, will see the request hearing of the Office of the Prosecutor of the Nation on the impediment to leave the country against the congressman.
