A newborn was rescued this Friday morning in the Third Plan of La Silsa, Sucre parish, Caracas.
According to versions of security agencies, the creature was inside a sewer. They presume that he was still with vital signs but died a few hours after his rescue.
Neighbors gave the alert and agents from the Caracas Fire Department came to rescue him.
