Reinforce security in the Caracas Metro

The Bolivarian National Police (PNB) initiated the Citizen Security Reinforcement Plan in the Caracas Metro, as part of the actions developed by the State to guarantee the security of citizens, reported the Minister of People’s Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Paz, A/J Remigio Ceballos, through his official Twitter account.

The minister explained that this plan includes 48 stations and 21 operating cars in the three operating lines, with the Communal Police Services to protect the people.

Last year, the Bolivarian National Militia joined the protection of the facilities of the Caracas Metro; This plan reinforces security at the facilities.

The members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), as well as the uniformed officers of the Caracas Police and the Corps of Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations (CICPC) are active in these tasks.
