The regulation stipulates the gestational periods in which sexually assaulted women and girls can resort to abortion.

What was added was: “the victim of violationin case you do not have the company of your legal representative or a trusted person, you can access the support of a psychologist, social worker or representative of the Ombudsman’s Office “.
Next step
The approved text will be reviewed by the president, Guillermo Lasso, who will decide whether to partially or totally veto the regulation. (AVV)
