Santo Domingo – The Regional Director 15, Rafael Amador Figaris, and his management team held a meeting with the Regional technicians of all modalities and levels, to give continuity to the systematization of the pedagogical processes that they carry out in the schools .
“Our goal is that, apart from accompanying educational centers, the technicians also carry out a monitoring, follow-up and control process, to diagnose, analyze and resolve any situation, and as well as determine the achievements of each intervention,” he said. Amador Figaris.
On her side, the coordinator of the Primary Level Area, Ángela Fernández pointed out the actions that the technicians must carry out, to guarantee that comprehensive quality education reaches all classrooms, among which she highlighted: prioritize the centers that present the greatest needs, make a weekly report on the conditions of each school, as well as socialization and follow-up meetings.
Meanwhile, the person in charge of Planning for Regional 15, Pedro Almonte, proposed the creation of an internal digital platform, to obtain better results immediately and quantify the impact of the work carried out.
“This platform will allow better access to information, without the need to wait a month (estimated time in which the technicians delivered the data)”, he pointed out.
At the end, Rafael Amador Figaris also added that he is working, together with the management team, in the development of a training workshop, to streamline and make the accompaniment and systematization processes more efficient.
“We want both Regional 15, district directors and teaching technicians to speak the same language, so that this has a positive impact on our children and our educational centers,” he said.
For their part, the technicians valued the initiative as positive, in order to guarantee the transparency of the pedagogical processes, and to know where they can start from and where they can go.
Several technicians from Regional 15 were present at the meeting, such as: Reina Tapia, Fenelis Bueno, Juana Fernández, Viviana Ortiz, among others.
