Yesterday, the Dominican Agribusiness Board held its Annual Ordinary National Assembly, the institution’s highest decision-making body, in which José Rafael Comprés was elected president.
Through the “Fortaleza Agroempresarial” plate, they were also elected as part of the Board of Directors of the JAD Francisco Leonis Fernández, vice president; Ramón Segura, secretary and Raymundo Roig Uribe, treasurer. The members chosen were Rafael Emilio de La Cruz, Oliverio Espaillat, Horacio Lomba, Miguel Angel Olivo, Jorge Perelló, Zaura Muñiz, José López, Lina García de Blasco, Anyarlene Bergés, Rafael Landestoy, Dairy Farming Sector and Maité Mallén.
The outgoing president Luis Bonilla presented the report on the main activities carried out by the Institution during the year 2021. “We have seen the strengthening of the links between our associates with the institution and different public and private sectors,” he said.
