The Public ministry He denied that the former secretary of the Presidential Office Bruno Pacheco, who is being investigated for the Sunat Case, had requested to benefit from effective collaboration.
Through his Twitter account, he indicated that according to what was reported by the office of prosecutor Marco Huamán Muñoz, of the Office of the Special Prosecutor for Corruption Crimes of Officials, to date no request has been made in this regard.
“In relation to the information that has been circulating in various media about an alleged request by citizen Bruno Pacheco Castillo to benefit from effective collaboration, it is necessary to report that said version is false”noted on the social network.
As recalled, Bruno Pachecoformer secretary general of the Government Palace, is being investigated for allegedly exerting pressure on the head of the SunatLuis Enrique Vera, to favor third parties.
In November 2021, prosecutor Marco Huamán opened a preliminary investigation into Pacheco Castillo for the alleged crime of influence peddling after the dissemination of WhatsApp messages with the superintendent of the Sunat.
Last year, the Lima Gris portal published conversations about Bruno Pachecoin which he writes insistently pressuring Vera, in order to favor companies that have debt with said entity.
In one of the chats sent by the secretary on September 22 to the head of Sunat, it reads: “Enrique, this is the service of the friend that I asked you for, it is regarding the 2015 resolution of my friend from Grupo Deltron RUC 20212331377. Please support him and tell me the solution”.
At another time he tells the head of the Sunat: “Kike, from the previous friend they inform me that there are only 2014 resolutions and 2016 is missing and I think 2017. I think they should leave it because if they don’t they will send it to bankruptcy. You have to support and let me know of the tasks please. Thanks”.
