RCN Radio knew that the Attorney General’s Office evaluate practice new forensic exams to the body of Mauricio Leal and his mother Marleny Hernández, to define if charges other charges, such as torture, against his brother Jhonier Leal, in events that occurred in the early hours of November 22 in La Calera (Cundinamarca).
The new judicial proceedings studied by the Attorney General’s Office will be practiced under the collaboration of the experts of the National Institute of Legal Medicine, so that the bodies of the victims of this heinous case deliver new elements that contribute to the investigation.
