The Public Ministry reported that an arrest warrant was issued against Emery Hernández Tovar, who escaped from the Cicpc-El Rosal last Wednesday.
Through his twitter account, the attorney general, Tarek William Saab, said that the agreed arrest warrant includes a red alert from Interpol, in anticipation that the subject has fled Venezuela.
Hernández Tovar is being prosecuted for his alleged participation in sexual abuse against 12 women, according to unofficial data. He was currently in the trial phase.
