The governor affirmed: “it does not seem to the commander that more than a million vehicles on the roads of the department conforms to the strictly necessary reason that the decree contemplates to implement the reversible. Stubbornness and ignorance that harm thousands of travelers“.
He also explained that awaits the response of the commander to be able to implement the necessary reversibles that help in the mobility of the department for these next few days, in which the return plan will be given to enter mainly the capital of the country.
